2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 0.25 cup, chopped Walnuts 4 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Mash bananas. Add oats and nuts. You can stir in cinnamon or vanilla if you like too. Every banana is different so you may need to add more oats depending on consistency. You want them to stick together so be careful not to add too many different toppings. Drop on a GREASED cookie sheet. I usually use spray. I top cookies with the chocolate chips so each cookie gets chocolate. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min.
