3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried (unsweetened) (by DHARMAHEART) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup homemade chunky applesauce w/splenda (by SLEEPYPAULA) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 12 tbsp Sunspire Unsweetened Carob Chips (by KATVHALE)
mix all ingredients to bind and thoroughly mixed. spray a loaf pan with pam. place mix in pan, and cook approx. 90-100 minutes. test for doneness, remove. leave to cool, remove
