8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) COLD4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Sage, ground 3 tbsp Onion powder 2 tsp Salt
Serving Size: Makes 15-20 2x3 pieces
Preheat oven to 350
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
Mix in spices and half the almond flour.
Cut butter into small cubes.
Fold in egg yolks, butter, remaining flour.
Spread onto a buttered cookie sheet
Bake at 350°f for 11-12 minutes, increase heat to 400°f for 4-5 minutes.
