2 serving Schnuck's Large Egg 0.25 cup Dynasty Top Quality Jasmine Rice Milagrosa 5 serving Green Onions 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive)
Chopped up the green onions. Beat up eggs in a bowl. Use one serving of cooked rice.
Heat up wok with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry part of the green onion (the white part) first. Add in eggs and do a few quick stir and add the rice and stir fry till egg is cooked. Don't forget to add in the rest of the green onions for garnishing. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper.
