12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Canola Oil 1.25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 cup Manischewitz Matzo Meal (by CDRIKARI) 6 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin .75 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 cup, halves Apricots, dried 1 cup, pitted Prunes, dried 1 cup Kirkland signature Dried Cherries Tart Montmorency cherries 1/3 cup serving
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease lasagna pan. Beat eggs and add oil, sugar and cake meal. Fold in apples, raisins and dried fruit.
Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
