Crockpot chuck roast

Ingredients
40 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 4 tbsp Butter, unsaltedPackage of McCormick Brown Gravy Mix 1.5 cup Water, tap filtered6 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic 2 Bay Leaves
Directions
Place entire package of McCormick gravy mix in a two cup measure and add 12 ounces of water to mix.
Place roast into crockpot on top of the bay leaves and add minced garlic and rub roast with it. Pour gravy mix over roast then add half a stick of unsalted butter on top of roast. Place cover on crockpot and set to low heat for 8 hours. When completed roast will be so tender and fall off easy to separate.

Serving Size: Makes 10 four ounce servings of roast or 20 two ounce servings for sandwiches
