Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp MCT oil 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 11 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 0.5 cup, whole Almonds 4 cup Kroger Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
Fry sliced chicken breast in sesame, mct, butter, soy mixture till done add vegetables and almonds till vegetables are tender. Prepare rice separately and add to stir fry when done.
