Ingredients
9.3 3 0z Beef, 25% fat (3oz) 1 3 0z Baby Carrots 1 serving (3oz) full 1/2 cup 2 cup Cabbage, Keto fresh (1 cup) 1 cup Green Beans, fresh (1 cup) 2 stalk Green Onions, Keto 1 stalk (1/2 c chopped) 1 1/4 cup Peanuts, dry roasted 1 oz (1/4 cup) 3 Tbs Lite Soy Sauce (1 tbs) 1 1 large stalk Celery, raw (1 large stalk) 3 tbsp 100% Pure Vegetable Oil - Aldi's (by GETNFIT4GOD) 1 3 Sweet Mini Peppers (3)
Directions
Stir fry in small batches. Make a sauce of creamed peanuts, soy sauce, gelatin, red pepper sauce, and sweet n low. Pour over all stir fry and coat evenly.
