turkeynoodles (wheat)brown ricecarrots celerybouillon cubes onions pepper salt
boil turkey until done. pick meat off bone and toss in crock pot with the broth it made. add water as needed, and chuck in a couple chicken bouillon cubes for flavor if wanted. elimate for low sodium. add carrots, onion and celery, all chopped. salt and pepper to taste. slow cook for 6-8 hours. Add rice 30 minutes before done. Serve.
