Caramel Apple Nut Salad

Ingredients
4 apples, peeled, cored and chopped1 tub lite Cool Whip1 sm. box SF FF butterscotch pudding mix1 sm. can crushed pineapple with the juice1 cup chopped dry roasted nuts
Directions
Mix the pineapple, and pudding mix and add Cool Whip and apples and dry roasted nuts. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Makes 8 1-cup servings. You can serve this as a side dish or as a dessert. It is a big hit at all parties!
