Made with 2 skinless frozen chicken tenders, and added 1/2 chopped zucchini, which added good moisture. Tossed in baby carrots, cubed organic redskin potatoes, cubed onions, and a few organic cherry tomatoes. Sprinkled garlic and parmesan cheese over all and baked 1 hour. Came out perfectly!
