Spinach and Garbanzo Bean Curry

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans 2 cup Diced Italian Tomatos, canned (Walmart) (by RUMBAMEL) 13.66 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Soak the garbanzo beans overnight, then add the tomatoes with the liquid and simmer until tender. Add the spinach and simmer until thawed. Add the light coconut milk and curry powder/salt to taste and simmer an additional 5-10 minutes.
