Paleo Banana Almond Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
In a blender, mix the banana & 1 egg. Beat the remaining 2 eggs in a bowl. Add the egg/banana mix & blend well. Add almond flour & baking powder. Mix well. Cook in non-stick pan (or use butter/oil/spray but ADD that to your menu).
Choose how you serve it ~ fresh fruit, compote...and ADD that to your menu plan.
