Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 10 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 1.5 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 1 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini .25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 3 tsp Garlic 1 cup Green Beans (snap) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 tsp (by FREEME1980) 2 tsp Pepper, black 20 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Saute bacon, onion, garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Add mushrooms. Then add chicken and stock and bring to a boil. Then add green beans and squash. Simmer for 10 mins and add chard. Add cilantro or basil before serving.
