Beef Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 large Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 16 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Saute vegetables in butter and oil. Cook/drain ground beef. Combine and cook down.
