Ingredients
2.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup8.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)1.0 tsp Ginger Root5.0 clove Garlic10.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Salt2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh8.0 mushrooms Shiitake Mushrooms
Directions
Chop vegetables ginger and garlic. Sautee in pan before adding water and chicken stock, add chicken breasts and simmer for 2 hours strain broth and separate chicken. Add broth to bowl cut chicken and desired noodles and other toppings for ramen.
