52 gram(s) Fat, Duck (by SHANDA42) 812 grams Potato, raw 1 tbsp Salt
Directions
Parboil potatoes then cool and cut into chunks. Weigh out duck fat and add diced potatoes to a baking tray. Top with salt and mix so duck fat coats hash browns evenly. Cook at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally. The longer you cook, the crisper and more akin to being deep fried they'll become.
