Parmesan Fries

Ingredients
4 Lg potatoes1/2 tbsp ground thyme1/2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/4 c grated parmesean cheese
Directions
Cut potatoes into fry strips, and pat wedges dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and toss(I use a food bag) with thyme and pepper, and drizzle with oil. Place single layer on a baking sheet, and bake at 450 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle cheese and salt evenly over wedges. Bake for another 10 min. to brown.
