Taco Cabbage bowl

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1/2 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 tsp Chili powder 1/2 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese 1 dash Salt 3 cups Fresh Coleslaw Mix (Cabbage/Carrot mix) (85g) 1 cup Salsa
Directions
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat

Add salsa, seasoning, and cabbage to pan and bring to a low boil

Cover and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is soft

Turn off heat and mix in cheese until melted

Garnish, if desired with sour cream, green onions, avocado or favorite toppings
