Coleslaw with Dill & Garlic

Ingredients
2 Medium Carrots8 Cups Chopped Cabbage1 Cup Fat Free Yogurt2-3 Cloves Garlic -- (3 is pretty powerful....)1 TBSP Dill Weed1/2 Cup Light MayonnaiseSalt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Cut Carrots into 1-2 inch pieces and process in food processor till very fine. Add 8 cups chopped cabbage and process till desired consistency.

In a large mixing bowl toss carrot and cabbage mixture with the other remaining ingredients. Allow to sit for 1-2hrs to develop flavors.

Makes 12, 1/2 Cup Servings at 69 calories each.
