Ingredients
Ingredients:8 Manicotti noodles 1 T garlic1 lb Ground beef, extra lean2 cup Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions2 tbsp Basil2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated1 C Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk1 Egg white
Directions
Cook , drain and cool manicotti.

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain and add tomato and basil sauce. Combine egg white, basil and ricotta cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cover bottom of 13x9 baking dish with half of ground beef mixture. Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Layer on ground beef mixture. Cover manicotti with remainder of ground beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
