Vegetable Salmon Bake

Ingredients
12 oz Pink Salmon (fish) 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter in saucepan and whisk in flour. Then gradually add almond milk, whisking to combine. Heat until thickened.

Cube salmon and put in baking dish with zucchini and broccoli. Mix well and pour sauce over top. Bake 45 minutes or until done.
