Ham and veggie omelet

Ingredients
1.5 oz prestige smoked ham2 tbsp Green Bell Pepper1.0 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes chopped1oz Spinach, fresh4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Precook the ham. Add vegetables and heat. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray. Mix eggs and place in skillet. Add vegetables and cheese.
