Vegan Banana Apple Bread

Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour, Martha White Self-Rising (by JEN2B6) 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar .5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel and chop apples. Mash ripe bananas. Mix everything except the walnuts together, then gently fold in walnuts. Flour a loaf pan and pour batter in. Bake 45-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
