Ingredients
Combine liquids:2c skim milk2Tbsp vinegar1c apple sauceCombine dry ingredients separately:1c white flour1c whole wheat flour1c rolled oats0.5c wheat germ0.5c soy flour0.33c sugar (or other sweetener)1tsp salt2tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Pour into 9x13 cake pan or jelly roll pan. Bake 13-15 minutes.
