Almond squares

Ingredients
Batter:2 eggs1/2 cup oil1 tsp almond extract1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup sugar1/2 cup wheat bran (optional)Topping:5-6 roasted salted almonds, crushed1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
Beat the eggs and sugar together, then stir in the rest of the batter ingredients. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) and top with 1/2 tsp sugar and 5-6 crushed almonds.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cut like brownies.
