Hummus, Chocolate

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 3 Tblsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .25 cup Maple Syrup, pure (1/4 cup or less, to taste).25 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground Pinch Sea Salt, Fine (.13 tsp) Water, tap (Approximately .25 cup, as needed/a little at a time)
Directions
Place all ingredients, EXCEPT water, in a food processor (or NutriBullet), adding cinnamon and/or sea salt to taste, if desired. Blend until smooth, adding up to 1/4 cup water to reach desired consistency. (Add water a little at a time so you don't overdo it.)

Enjoy slathered on bread or as a dip. Yum!
