Berry Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 package of instant oatmeal (uncooked)1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries3/4 cup nonfat milk2 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt1 Tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1/3 fresh whole banana1 scoop Apex Max Whey Powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender except whey powder, and blend well. Add whey powder and blend only until incorporated. Enjoy!

May also add 1 Tbsp of ground flax for extra omega-3 fatty acids

Makes approx. 16 oz.

    Great...Thanks for the ideas. There is so many ways you can tweak this to make it fit your taste or what you are in the mood for. (ie. fruit, flavor oatmeal, yogurt). I made one with apples/apple cin oatmeal. Came out like pumpkin pie. yum! easy to tweak nutritional values. Thanks! - 11/23/08
