2 TBS of 2% cheese (any varity you like)1/4 cup of cook and cooled black beans (or use risened canned2 lrg eggs scrambled1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions
On your tortilla layer black beans and cheese. Scramble the 2 eggs and place on to p of cheese. Wrap and eat.
