Peanut Shrimp

Ingredients
Peanut Butter, chunk style, .33 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove)Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)red chile paste or red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
boil pasta. while pasta is boiling heat oil in saute pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute 2 min. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Add soy sauce and chicken broth and simmer for 7 minutes until sauce thickens and combines. Add veggies and cook for a couple minutes. Add cooked shrimp and toss with pasta to coat.
Serve and enjoy.
Great without the shirmp too
