Ingredients
18 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 4 oz Feta Cheese 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 5 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 5 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 oz Goat Cheese, Hard 5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Wash spinach or power greens well, dry and cut into small pieces. Put a little salt and squeeze it with hands. Drain water out of spinach after 15 min. Beat the eggs, add all other ingredients and a little backing powder if desired. Pour into the baking pan ( 9x13) over the buttered baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 400F for 30-40 minutes. Last ten minutes sprinkle with grated goat or other hard cheese. Serving Size: Makes 10 good size pieces
