2 large Eggs, beaten1/4 large Bell Pepper (any color), chopped2 tbsp chopped raw Onion1 slice Frick's Extra Lean 97% Hickory Smoked Sliced Ham, chopped1 tbsp Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 tbsp Salsa Verde1 tbsp Chobani non fat Plain Greek Yogurt
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Saute the onion, pepper and ham until the onion is clear. Set aside. Add a little more cooking spray to the skillet if needed. Cook the egg, lifting the edges once in a while to let the uncooked egg flow under. Flip carefully and turn off the heat. Top the egg with ham and veggies, sprinkle with the cheese, then fold half the egg over the filling. Slide carefully onto a place. Top with salsa and yogurt.
