Baked Haddock Fillet (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients
16 oz Haddock (fish) 1 cup Soy Milk (or 1% milk) .75 cup 4C Gluten Free Bread Crumbs Seasoned .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .25 tsp Thyme, ground .25 tsp Paprika 1 serving Pam Cooking Spray - Buttery Flavor (5 second spray)'1 lemon or lemon juice.1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Cut fillets into three equal servings.

3. Dip in milk, then in crumbs mixed with cheese and thyme.

4. Spray baking dish with cooking spray, place fish in dish then spray fish with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with Paprika.

7. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
