Chilled Cucumber Avocado Soup (with yogurt)

Ingredients
1 cucumber1 avocado16 oz plain yogurt1/4 cup mint leaves2 scallions1/4 cup lime juice1-2 cups ice cubessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the cucumber up. (You may also peel too it if you want but it's not necessary.) Cut the scallions up.

Throw everything into a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth (about one minute). Served chilled.
