David's Southern Fried Cabbage

2 serving Great Value Hickory Smoked Bacon (1 serving = 2 slices) 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Leeks, (bulb and lower leaf-portion)1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Minced Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Fry and remove the bacon. Put chopped (slightly larger then bit size) cabbage in bacon grease, add onion on top. In small bowl mix the vinegar through pepper drizzle over cabbage and onions. Break up the bacon, add to cabbage. Give it a stir, cover and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until tender stirring about half way through.
