Fiesta Chicken Nachos

3 oz Tortilla Chips 8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 0.66 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup Salsa 1/4c water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a small pot heat 1/4c of water and the taco seasoning over medium heat.
3. Cut chicken breasts into 3-4 pieces and add to pot. Simmer for 20 min
4. Shred the chicken in a separate bowl, return to the pot and stir so chicken soaks up the juices
5. Spread 1.5oz of tortilla chips on a plate and the other 1.5oz on another
6. Top chips each with 1/4c of diced bell pepper, half the shredded chicken, and 1/3c of cheese
7. Place plates in oven for 15-20min
8. Top each nacho plate with 1/4c of salsa
