Chickpea Egg salad

Ingredients
2 cup Bush's Garbanzos (chickpeas) 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.15 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro (by JAMIERDH)
Directions
Slice hard boiled eggs and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl and place eggs on the top. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving. This will keep in refrigerator for up to a week if covered tightly.
