BBQ Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
24 oz. lean cooked roast pork1 cup reduced sodium ketchup2 Tablespoons water1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce1 teaspoon dried minced garlic1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions
Shred pork roast using a knife.
In a large skillet, spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Combine ketchup, water, Tabasco sauce, garlic and parsley flakes.
Stir in shredded pork.
Cook over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Stir occasionally.
Spoon 2/3 cup meat into a reduced calorie hamburger bun.

Bun calories are not included.
