Crockpot beef stew

Ingredients
2.0 tsp Rosemary, dried1.0 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup Peas and carrots, canned6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Directions
Cut beef into 1 inch pieces, coat with flour, saute to brown on all sides, chop veggies, add all ingredients to crockpot, cover with approximately 8 cups of water, adjust seasonings to taste. Cook on low to 8 hours. Serving Size: 12 servings
