Ingredients
8.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)0.25 cup Flour, white0.5 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 dash Salt0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Peel, core and slice apples, mix all ingredients except butter together, divide between 2 pie pans with your choice of crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes until crust is golden and filling is bubbling
