Ingredients
1 large pear2 small apples4 large carrots2 cups strawberries frozen 2 tsp ginger root
Directions
Juice pear, apples, carrots. Transfer to blender add strawberries .Blend well. pour into glasses. Grate tsp of ginger root in each. Makes 2, 8oz glass. Equals 3 fruit 1 veggie.Ginger root is good for the blood flow. You can cut out the strawberries if you like and minus 52 cals per serving and 1 less fruit. I like the berry's.
