Ham and Cauliflower Au Gratin

8 cup Cauliflower, raw 8 serving Ham 96% FF 2 oz. 8 tbsp Cream Cheese 3/4 cup Sour Cream 4 tbsp onion, dried minced 1 tbsp chives, dried2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Pepper, black 3/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Add to a pot with about 1 cup of water. Cook until soft/not mushy.
Soften cream cheese, then add sour cream, dried onion, pepper, chives, and parmesan cheese. Mix together, then add ham.
Drain cauliflower for 5 or more minutes, you don't want any water! Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9x13 dish, cover with shredded cheese. 350 degree oven
