Grate the fresh veggies into a bowl and toss lightly with a fork:2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw Add these and toss again:30 Grams Pine Nuts 1 tsp Tones Rosemary Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) Cover and refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors improve. It doesn’t take longer, and color may decrease with extra time due to red wine vinegar.
A cold dish, needs no cooking, but flavor improves with refrigeration.
