1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Drizzle with canola oil and season to taste. Roast at 350 for 45 min.
