Tomatillo Salsa (Salsa Verde)

10 medium Tomatillos 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tsp Salt 3 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (as needed)1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup cilantro (fresh) (by MINDTHEGAP7)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove the paper skin of the tomatillos. Place in boiling water cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. In the food processor chop onion, jalapeno, garlic cloves and cilantro. Then slowly add the tomatillos. Blend together then add olive oil, and water. The sauce without water comes out really thick, if you'd like it to be thinner add water.
