Cilantro, mushroom, and cheese omlette

Ingredients
2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 slice Mushrooms, fresh 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, Sharp, Crystal Farms 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1/4 cup raw cilantro
Directions
Melt butter in small pan, put in mushrooms, beat eggs in bowl and pour over mushrooms in pan. cook until you can flip it over. Add cilantro and shredded cheese. Fold over onto plate.
