Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 Large can of 99% fat free chicken broth1 Can of great northern beans1 Can of mixed vegetables5 Spears of broccoli3 Cups of mushrooms1 Large onion3 Cloves of minced garlic (or large tablespoon of minced garlic from a jar)1 Tablespoon I can't Belive It's Not Butter, Fat FreeSpices to taste
Directions
Makes 10 servings, about 1 cup each.
1. Open all cans
2. Slice your onions, mushrooms & broccoli to bite size.
3. Add onions to your large soup pot with a little fat free "butter" till soft.
4. Add mushrooms to the pot and saute till softened.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
6. Simmer to incorporate all the flavors.
