Veggie muffin frittata

Ingredients
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Market Basket Brand (by TIFFFCO) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Asparagus, fresh .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 1% 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and add chopped veggies cook for 5-10 minutes
Whisk eggs with milk and then add veggies and cheese and mix
add .25 cup to each muffin cup and cook for 20 minutes
