Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
3 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour (by VINOFREAK71) 2 serving Golden Hen Large Egg (by SHELLY81_9) .5 tsp Baking Powder 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream Optional: Sweetener - 1 tsp.Vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp.
Directions
Cream softened cream cheese, eggs and cream together. Add coconut flour and baking powder sifted together. It thickens as it sits. If you want a thinner batter either add HWC or another egg. I use mine as is and use a silicon scraper to spread it out on the skillet. Also, I fry them in coconut oil.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pancakes using scant 1/4 cup
