10 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 10 serving Great Value Scalloped Potatoes (1/2 cup per serving) (by YACKOSDOT) 3 serving ` Ham Small Chunk (Brand Name) (by JOSEPHWORTH) 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Pepper, black .5 cup Flour, white 2 cup Half and Half Cream
Mix potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth, celery, onion , and pepper in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Mix half and half with flour and gradually stir mixture into chowder until well blended.
Cover and cook on low heat for 1 more hour, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 1-cup servings
